New illustration

I FINALLY finished this bath illustration. I thought it would never happen. I started one and then I clumsily knocked it off the desk and when I went to pick it up it was bent in half! I had to start it over again. Then I don't know how but someone spilled some coffee on it! Yeah okay...that was me too. LOL So I had to start a third one! This is the end result and I tell you if anything happened to it again I was going to scrap the whole things as cursed!

I feel almost completely back to my old self, just the dregs of a cold. I tell you, we have been hammered with illness these past two months. I am hoping that is the end so I can truly get back to my work!

A fabulous snowman

Okay, so between illnesses (yeah, we got hit twice!! Arrrggghhh!) came a lovely snowfall. So we all went out and played. My 5 yr. old built this snowman which I adore because he has a snow hat and a baby carrot nose!

Another week gone!

I can't believe that I haven't posted any new drawings in a while. This whole week was a bust as my boy was sick with who knows what and I ended up having some sort of flu at the same time. I'm only now feeling more 'normal'. What a week! I will hopefully be posting some new illustrations this week. I may just throw some photos up of my sculpts that are in progress too. Stay tuned!

I finally finished my boy....well, finally took a photo of it. Here it is:

This is what I am currently working on and it is taking longer than I expected. It isn't turning out how I pictured it but when does it ever? lol I think that I will have to start working in a smaller size because I am coloring for days with these!!

I have been working hard at revamping my website which the world currently can't see anyway due to my ISP. It is has been more than two months and they haven't been able to fix it. I don't know how much more I will take! Arrrrghhhh
